Jaeger von Jahrenheim

UPDATE:

After being hit by a car Jaeger von Jahrenheim's leg was broken. We were hoping it could be saved but we found out his nerves were completely severed and unfortunately his leg had to be amputated. On a good note: He's recovering nicely and doing well on three legs. He's a favorite at the vet's hospital and is one of the most loving, sweet dogs you can find.

BEFORE SURGERY:

A magnificent 8 month old German Shepherd puppy was hit by a car, no one came looking for him. His leg was fractured and he ended up in a county shelter. All the shelter could do was splint the broken leg to minimize more neurological damage and hope for the owners to come. They didn't come, but we came for him. He is now at a veterinary hospital we are waiting to hear if the leg can be saved. Again we need your help to handle so many veterinary emergencies. We just couldn't look him in the face and walk away. Not only is he beautiful, but he's a sweetheart too.
